All non-warranty returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase and product must be returned in unused condition with tags. This does not apply to Final Sale Items. Items labelled "All Sales Final" are not covered under our warranty or return policy.
If you are looking to exchange your product for another size, color or style, please initiate your return first and place a new order on feelgoodz.com for your desired replacement item.
- Please fill out our RA Form (click here to print) and enclose it with the items you are returning. Be sure to include the order number found on your packslip or confirmation email.
- If possible, use the original shipping package for returns.
- We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.

- Refunds will take approximately 2-3 weeks. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
- Your card or Paypal will be credited after the product has been received and qualified against the return policy.
